Love the diner vibes and the bar next door. You can legit go for food and grab a drink right afterwards, a little pricey for diner food and it's diner quality but besides that. It's a good neighborhood hangout. Love to come here for a late night meal or even a drink. The tune melt is amazing and huge portions of fries and the side of ranch is so large! Mecca burger taste great btws.
If you have ever watched Cheers, be prepared to enter a Cheers diner. Fascinating people and a great dining experience. I had the corned beef hash and eggs and being a maven of this particular meal I wasn't expecting much. Well, the hash is made from REAL corned beef! Coffee is good and the conversation better. Ya gotta come here!
The food was quite good! I really liked the number of vegetarian options and my partner enjoyed his pancakes. The service was pretty speedy, although they forgot to put any cutlery into the bag or napkins and we forgot to confirm they were in there so we had to go find some once we got to our destination. That was kinda of a bummer especially since we checked the cutlery button online for the order. Ambiance was fine when we stopped in to pick it up - more bar brunch vibes which is totally fine with me but we had our dogs so we needed to do to go. Overall I'd order again!
Great selection and huge portions. I ordered the special which was potato pancakes with applesauce. I couldn't finish half of it. I will be back to try biscuits and gravy. Hours are 6:00am - 2:00am.
I've only been here twice and both times were lovely. I had good company and it was a comfortable, cozy place to talk and feed our hunger. French toast was flavorful and tender and sausage had a special quality to it which didn't yell freezer brand. Music was 80s metal both times, nostalgic and not too loud so we could hear our conversation without raising our voices. Maybe the late nights are louder? I'll see one night because they're open till 2! There is a bar on one side, connected inside. Will check out one night. Love the idea of diner food and nightlife blending lines.
Don't judge a book by its cover. Outside you wouldn't think it would be good. Food comes out fast and is very very good. Large portions.
The food is fantastic and the portions are large. The service is friendly enough. And the atmosphere is awesome. I had both breakfast and lunch there. The corn beef hash is one of my favorites I've ever had.
